I was issued an open container ticket while tubing on Saturday afternoon in Urbana, Ohio. It was a bargain- that is, we bargained down from wha he was trying to get us to admit to having. The game warden was the person issuing the ticket! He had been waiting on the side of the embankment using binoculars to watch us. $150.00.

that's some serious b.s.
everybody should know that it is physically impossible to do what i call "lazy river" without some sort of stimulation... especially the game warden!
