Some big deal things have been happening in my life!

First of all, I have some work on Tiny Vices. I know that this might not seem like a big deal to the non nerd (I know that there are not any non nerds reading this) but I am very excited about it! You can see it here and here!

the website is http://www.tinyvices.com, it's amazing and natural and introspective and all of that. The other work on the site, that is. I wasn't trying to sound like a jerk.

Ok, and also some more good news is that my mom and my brother and I were offered a show at the Mahan Gallery in January! I am nervous and also excited, and Grant and my mom are veterans at this already so let's see how it goes.

Also- I have nodes on my vocal chords! I've been hoarse for the past few months and wondering why, it turns out it is because of nodes, which look like this-

It's not going to kill me, and I'm not going to get surgery or anything. I'm going to vocal therapy to learn how to better project my voice without further damaging my chords, and my friend Lara who sings in a band that you all know is going to coach me on using my diaphraghm. No dirty jokes please, anonymous.

It turns out that Freddie Mercury AND Robert Plant had nodes on their vocal chords! Robert Plant had surgery to scrape them off, which happened right before Physical Graffiti, so I think I'll say no to going under the knife if you know what I mean.

Also there is a special guy in my life these days, but I'm hesitant to talk about that kind of thing on the internet. It would be wrong not to include this on this list of good things, as it is probably the best of these things.
