The NFL Draft Is TODAY!

This is always one of my favorite days of the year, but it would be for a real llama geek like me. Today is the Naive Foreign Llama Draft. I wonder which llama will get drafted first? I hear there is a real gullible one out of the Czech Republic named Bartolomej. Oh, here is a pix streaming of Bartolomej now:



Of course the fastest llama is Lupita (who makes her home in the North Andes), but some off the field problems have her stock sliding. It seems some “character issues” arose following several reports of late night bar fights and her taking money from some particularly overzealous Inca boosters.

Many find the Naive Foreign Llama Draft too long and boring to watch, but again I love it and I always make a day out of it. I usually order in some authentic pre-Columbian Peru cuisine, grab a sixer of ice cold Pilsen Callao, prop my feet up in the BarcaLounger and settle in for a long day of intrigue and excitement; not to mention some downright insightful llama commentary.

This is gonna be great!
