Fresh off their solid performance at the Grammys last night, in what seems like a gratuitously self-important gesture, The Police will be holding a live press conference from The Whisky A Go-Go in Los Angeles at 2PM EST today. Sting, Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers are scheduled to announce details on their long-rumored summer reunion tour. I guess they had to do this because their publicist’s email account stopped working? Regardless, VH1 Classic will air the entire one-hour news conference -- simulcast on the VH1 Radio Network(?) -- which will also feature the band's exclusive live rehearsal.
