Mr. Grinder Can Have His Way

This is a few months off, but worth noting on your special little upcoming release calendar.

Grinderman, featuring the enigmatic Nick Cave with Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey and Jim Sclavunos will be releasing their self-titled debut album in North America via Anti- Records on April 10, 2007.

It’s said to be quite a noisy, foul-mouthed, raucous affair and you’d expect as much from such a dark quartet of grizzled veterans or as Casey put it: “It wasn’t consciously two fingers to maturity but I remember thinking, all the way through, ‘This isn’t bad for a bunch of old farts.’”
