Myron Scott, What Have You Done?

Just a little heads up here. Saturday marks the 69th (and sexiest ever) running of the "Greatest Amateur Racing Event in the World" -- The All-American Soap Box Derby (AASBD) presented by:

Yes, that Levi Strauss Signature! Seriously though, this is one of the biggest things, if not the biggest thing, that has ever happened to Akron, OH. They gear up for this deal 14 to 18 months in advance. So, technically they are already preparing for next year’s event. That is dedication folks that you will never understand.
There is still time to get to Akron if you live in New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Virginia or West Virginia or East Virginia and you leave right now, but keep in mind that race organizers are saying that there is a serious "land rush" for tent space. And the local Denny’s is reporting a "scrambled eggs rush" provided entirely by ESPN's Chris Berman.
Which leads me to my next point, if you’re NOT gonna be able to make the road trip to Akron with me and my family, turn on the popular sports network Saturday around 4PM EST and you can catch all the soap boxing you can handle live on the boobie toobie.
This is so exciting and thankfully it’s all brought to you by:
