Friday's Food For Thought

I’ve found over the last year or so that Chipotle is a great barometer for deciding whether a person is worthy of my friendship. For example, if you don’t like Chipotle then chances are I won’t like you. I suppose there are exceptions, but do I really have time for more friends anyway?

But I digress; I actually just wanted to share my recipe for the perfect Chipotle burrito. Go rice and black beans with either chicken or barbacoa (take a peek and see which one looks fresher before ordering). Add the tomato salsa, just a touch of the corn, lettuce and extra cheese. Voila! Flawless.

Gimme your perfect Chipotle burrito.
